Fees, Deposits, and Payments. Canvas & Cocktails charges fees for classes, private events, and other services as described on our website or in your booking agreement. A deposit may be required to hold your date, with the remaining balance due as specified at the time of booking. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, though confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed price.

Cancellations and Rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as far in advance as possible. Deposits and any cancellation or rescheduling terms will be handled according to the policy provided at the time of your booking.

Guest Conduct. You agree to behave respectfully toward our staff, instructors, and other guests. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any guest whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, illegal, or harmful to others, without refund.

Prohibited Activities. You agree not to engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or disruptive activity at our venue or through our website. This includes harassment of staff or guests, damage to property, and any unlawful conduct on the premises.

Intellectual Property. All content on our website and associated with Canvas & Cocktails, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, artwork, and branding, is the property of Canvas & Cocktails and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
